This blog is going to be all about my exploration of the wolrd of iBanking and finance. Why, you ask? Well, here is the long answer…
I graduates from Unievrsity with a Masters degree in Computer Engineering about four months ago, and am still looking for a job. Reading between the lines, I have tons of time, probably more than ever in my life so far, to pursue some interests that have eluded me for years. And well, iBanking is one of them.
My interest in iBanking spiked from “what the hell i that?” to “wanna learn more about it” after reading the novel “The Chairman” by Stephen Frey. No big work of art, but a gripping, highly satisfying thriller that left me much in awe of that whole world and craving for more. I read the rest of the series, but the first book remains a favorite so far. In order to better understand the main character, Christian Gillette, I wanted to get into the whole iBanking/big money annd big players scheme. Sadly, life intervened, and I moved but an inch in this regard.
Well, time to change that now. My plan is to start from scratch, and little by little, amass a body of knowledge about iBanking, and things connected to it. As I have no prior training in finance, accounting and only very basic training in Economics, this is going to be quite a feast! But heck, everybody starts from zip, so might as well try it myself…
